About The Position

The Regional Security Assurance Manager at Pinkerton will oversee multiple projects related to the Security Assurance Program for one of the company's largest global clients. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards while implementing improvements. The Manager will lead audit projects, collaborate with security teams and stakeholders, and utilize Lean Six Sigma and ISO standards to enhance quality control and process compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Five or more years of experience in risk, assurance, compliance, and/or governance.
  • ISO 9001, LEAN, and/or Six Sigma certification.
  • Knowledge of risk management and quality assurance controls.
  • Project management skills for short and long-term projects.
  • Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple projects or a portfolio of related projects for the Security Assurance Program.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet required quality standards.
  • Prepare comprehensive project planning and manage resources.
  • Coordinate tasks and maintain project documentation and data.
  • Serve as the primary resource for assurance issues for internal audits.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project statuses with management.
  • Develop and establish program processes and procedures.
  • Supervise contracted vendors and resources within the assigned team.
  • Conduct process compliance and quality management system internal audits.
  • Investigate and follow-up on issues observed during internal audits.
  • Ensure audits and remote tests are closed out and submitted to Corporate Security on time.
