About The Position

The Regional Secretary at Terminix will provide clerical and administrative support to optimize workflow procedures in the Fayetteville/Southern Pines offices. Requirements

  • Driver's License
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and make outgoing phone calls to customers and technicians
  • Check voicemails and return calls
  • Manage the daily schedules and arrange appointments
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
  • Maintain current filing system
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and notify management when low
  • Follow up on clients with past due balances
