As a Regional Sales Trainer (RST) in the Midwest HCP Region, you will develop and coach sales representatives in addition to deliver sales training activities relating to ADC products, selling skills, and market segments. Field coaching and training activities and programs will reflect the needs of the organization and its individual sales channels / markets. The incumbent will provide training and sales management teams with progress reports on sales representative performance and development through written and verbal communication. This is a field-based role with regional geographical coverage and travel 80%+. This is an 18 to 24-month professional developmental role that will help you build a foundation that can lead you into a people leader role. You will need to be open to relocation and must live within the region you support.
