The Regional Sales Specialist specializes in executive level support in the aircraft sales process. This role works closely with the Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs), and internal support organizations to plan and execute sales and completions visits, aircraft demonstration activities, customer events, and marketing initiatives in support of the assigned sales division's customer focus and objectives. The specialist tracks, maintains, and updates accurate customer information within the CRM to support mailings, invitation lists, prospecting efforts, sales visits, aircraft demonstration flights, and opportunity status on accounts actively engaged by the assigned sales division.

  • Prepares customer proposals reflecting accurate pricing and updated brand aesthetics.
  • Prepares various supporting sales documents including aircraft deal sheet revisions and tracking.
  • Assists in contract document review including letters of intent and sales agreements.
  • Maintains and updates CRM to establish accurate customer information for actively engaged accounts.
  • Coordinates with sales executives to establish customer visit objectives and agenda.
  • Provides background research on the customer/company for internal participants in preparation for meetings.
  • Partners with key internal teams in CRM campaign objectives and execution.
  • Generates system output requests on behalf of the division and proof marketing campaign mailings.
  • Defines and builds customer invitations using marketing activity management software.
  • Researches and verifies customer and prospect information for actively engaged accounts in CRM.
  • Performs visual compliance checks on new prospects.
  • Arranges flight demonstration activity on behalf of sales executives.
  • Monitors approval process and provides updates within CRM.
  • Supports functions such as preparing reports, team training assistance, and making travel arrangements.
  • Researches and responds to sales related web and print inquiries as needed.
  • Manages direct mail activities including customer correspondence and campaigns.
  • Monitors assigned sales division metrics.
  • Performs various duties for customer events including sponsorships and trade conventions.
  • Coordinates with Completions, Sales VPs, Marketing, and vendors for aircraft delivery gifts.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 years sales, marketing, hospitality, aviation, or administrative sales support experience.
  • CRM systems proficiency required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of international cultures, customs, and time zones required.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Marketing activity management software proficiency preferred.
