About The Position

Job Title: Outside Sales Representative Syracuse and Surrounding Area Starting at $52,000 - dependent on experience Job Description: Ferraro Foods of NYN, Casa Imports, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets in a designated territory of Utica and Surrounding Area. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role
BA or BS in marketing or related disciplines and/or five years of job related experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
Self-motivated with a results
oriented approach- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client support
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Provide knowledge of products
