About The Position

As the Regional Sales Representative based in Austin, TX, you'll serve as the "boots on the ground" for the South territory. You'll drive net-new business by prospecting EPCs, contractors, and developers; conducting onsite demos and trials using a company-provided truck + trailer; building strong relationships; and supporting strategic deals in a fast-moving startup environment.

Requirements

  • Located in or willing to relocate to the Austin, TX area.
  • Able to travel ~50% (mostly regional driving, occasional flights).
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Proven B2B sales track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong hunter mindset: Enjoys cold outreach, prospecting, and building a territory from scratch; action-oriented and experimental rather than reliant on inbound leads.
  • Thrives in a lean, fast-changing startup with minimal hand-holding.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfortable and credible in construction/field environments, able to speak ROI-driven language with superintendents, project managers, and field crews.
  • Confident driving a truck with a trailer to job sites.
  • Proficient with CRM tools, laptops, and basic productivity software.
