About The Position

With a strong reputation built on integrity, responsiveness, and quality workmanship, we partner with homeowners, businesses, and insurance professionals to restore properties and lives after disaster. Jenkins Restorations is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Representative to drive growth and expand our presence within an assigned territory. This role is focused on building long-term referral relationships, increasing market share, and positioning Jenkins as the preferred restoration partner among insurance professionals and commercial clients. This is a high-impact role suited for a motivated sales professional who understands relationship-based selling in a service-driven, emergency-response industry.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience (restoration, construction, insurance, or related industry preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in relationship-driven, B2B sales environments
  • Strong understanding of the insurance claims process is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with strong time management and territory management abilities
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally

Nice To Haves

  • Background in water mitigation, fire restoration, or disaster recovery services
  • Existing relationships with insurance carriers, adjusters, or commercial property stakeholders
  • Experience conducting CE classes or educational presentations
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, facility managers, and commercial accounts
  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referral development
  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and continuing education (CE) events for insurance partners
  • Represent Jenkins Restorations at industry events, association meetings, and community functions
  • Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure exceptional client experience and project execution
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline using CRM systems
  • Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
