CDI Custom Curb Adapters is looking to fill the position of Regional Sales Representative (RSR), preferably located in Chicago. The expectation for this position is to develop new business relationships, maintain existing ones, and have fun in the process! This position requires frequent travel. EEO/Affirmative Action Policy. Requirements

  • Live in the State of Illinois.
  • Five (5) years of experience within the HVAC industry.
  • Embrace and promote CDI values – FAST, FUN, EASY, COMMUNITY, GROWTH.
  • Ability to effectively build relationships with customers – both internally and externally.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Live in a major region within a plant territory.
  • Strong social media presence.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the manufacturing plant's daily and monthly revenue is on target.
  • Continue to grow as a professional via peer groups, reading, training, etc.
  • Frequent travel to meet customers in your territory, often on rooftops.
  • Respond quickly to customer daily requests.
  • Share strategies you've developed with other sales team members.
  • Follow up on existing quotes, on-hold orders, and unverified orders.
  • Manage regional accounts (up to $1M).
  • Ownership of specified plant revenue goals (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).
  • Travel within the assigned plant territory.
  • Build quotes and place orders.
  • Conduct measuring/site visits.
  • Communicate/work with National Sales Rep (NSR) regarding goals (on/off track) and any accounts in your region greater than $1M.
  • Attend Plant and Sales Meetings.
