With a ‘One Team’ mentality, the Sales Representative will promote and sell restoration & emergency services in the assigned territory, focusing on achieving or exceeding assigned sales goals with an emphasis on a commission-driven pay structure. Grow and develop the customer base by systematically identifying new prospects, making contact, and following up regularly. Conduct repetitive contact calls to build relationships and educate the customer on why PuroClean® is the best cleaning and restoration company. Provide clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates. Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs to ensure customer needs are met, and established sales goals are exceeded. Diversify the customer base, consistently adding new customers. Ensure timely and effective internal and external communications. Complete customer jobs, meeting or exceeding their expectations, and go above and beyond to provide a world-class level of service, differentiating PuroClean from competitors.
