The position involves initiating and nurturing prospects through telephone and in-person interactions, with a goal of connecting with 75% of assigned prospects to generate sales opportunities. The role requires meticulous tracking of outreach activities and maintaining detailed records in the CRM. The candidate will build a robust funnel of new accounts and provide regular updates and forecasts to the Sales Leadership. Participation in national and regional tradeshows is expected, along with thorough preparation and action plans. Teamwork is emphasized, as success is viewed as a collective achievement. The candidate will also need to study and master the product portfolio and value proposition, while monitoring market and competitor activities to coordinate marketing efforts. Engaging in high-level presentations of the MACC offering is also a key responsibility.
