You are focused on driving high performance results, generating strong leads, prospecting and identifying opportunities. We need a hunter with a strong track record in closing sales! As part of our ExxonMobil field sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying and winning new accounts on our fleet card programs across your territory which is Louisiana and the Houston (TX) Market. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience with proven client acquisition
  • Demonstrated consistent quota performance in a business-to-business sales environment
  • Demonstrated ability to sell against the competition
  • Strong prospect-channel identification, development and qualification skills
  • High degree of territory management capability
  • Travel is required, must be comfortable in air/vehicle travel
  • Must be able to pass a successful background investigation

Nice To Haves

  • Industry knowledge in fleet management and or commercial payments
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Strong time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Regularly meet, and often exceed, your monthly KPIs (net cards, gallons, revenue)
  • In tandem with your sales manager, develop a strategic plan for attacking your territory; both from a geographic and specific vertical segment perspective
  • Responsible for self-generating your own leads
  • Quickly build a robust pipeline of fleet opportunities, and consistently add to it
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
  • Be a proactive communicator regarding your work
  • Demonstrate exceptional discovery and presentation skills through superior product and competitive knowledge
