About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Develop plans for respective territory/accounts to meet financial expectations and corporate goals.
  • Achieve targeted sales objectives for revenue and profitability through identification of business opportunities.
  • Interface with Store Owners and Buyers in a fast-paced growth environment.
  • Develop relationships and form strategic alliances with field teams across hardware accounts.
  • Plan and conduct business meetings to keep key regional accounts informed on product lines and brand strategy.
  • Monitor customer/competitor situations and generate plans to achieve market share objectives.
  • Analyze consumption trends to maximize sales and develop strategies for budget tracking.
  • Build multiyear strategies for growth to support company growth plans.
