We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager (Americas) to lead sales growth across the United States and the broader Americas region. This role is responsible for building and executing the regional sales strategy while leading a team of sales professionals to achieve strong commercial results. The position oversees the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development to closing strategic opportunities and expanding key accounts. The Regional Sales Manager will guide and develop a team of account managers and inside sales professionals while also leading major customer engagements. Success in this role requires a strong sales background, leadership capability, and the ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities. The role works closely with marketing, engineering, product management, and customer success teams to ensure successful customer adoption and long-term partnerships.
