Position Summary: The Regional Manager (RM) will support the Area Executive Director (AED) to manage the sales and strategic activities of Account Managers (AM) within their Region to ensure expanded market penetration, revenue growth and attaining quarterly and annual sales targets. The RM will partner with AMs to apply business building principles, education, office promotions and practice analysis to enhance the relationship and support with existing Alastin accounts while identifying targets and potential accounts.
