About The Position

The Regional Manager position is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to exceed sales goals within a defined sales territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • 10 years minimum industry experience.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Extensive network with market influencers.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • MS Teams / Zoom

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for hiring, developing and leading a region of sales professionals to meet and exceed revenue, profitability and product mix sales goals for our ergonomic workplace solutions
  • Advancing the sales process by assisting the Sales team with individual sales opportunities within the identified region in support of team and/or own client base
  • Assess sales probability and forecast revenue expectations
  • Implement established corporate policies, procedures, strategies and manage sales budget
  • Complete sales activity, pending business and 30-60-90 Day forecast reports
  • Observe and participate in sales calls and strategy sessions with all team members for sales development and coaching purposes
  • Utilize resources for strategic selling
  • Assess sales representative skill sets to create and maintain individual development plans
  • Maintain a strong understanding of all Humanscale’s products
  • Territory travel as required
  • Any other duties as assigned
