As a recognized leader in the industry, Global currently has an immediate career opportunity in our Bay Area and Seattle region. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for supervising our field-based sales team while developing strong relationships with influential people in the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience or military equivalent.
  • 5+ years of successful sales leadership experience in the furniture industry.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Managing a team of 7+ in multiple locations.
  • Travel – willing to travel 50%+ of the time, on an as needed basis.
  • Candidate must reside in the South Florida area.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with internal and external clients.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Motivated and results driven.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve set revenue goals and targets for the Region & Vertical markets.
  • Supervise & Support full team of Territory Managers and A&D reps. in the efforts to create higher levels of brand awareness, increase sales volume, and drive profitability.
  • Develop and execute a strong and focused strategic/business market plan for growth and profitability.
  • Develop individuals on the team, team building, recruit and retain.
  • Develop strong lasting relationships with dealer principles, Key DSR’s and Key influencers in the Region that will cultivate mutually profitable outcomes.
  • Enforce accountability to Territory Managers day to day duties, reports, activities, etc.
