About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across the Western and Southwest USA. This remote role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, driving revenue, and supporting both direct accounts and distribution channels. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Sales, Marketing, or Business
  • 4+ years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in a technical field
  • Strong CRM experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel 50% domestically

Nice To Haves

  • ERP experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow sales revenue to meet assigned targets.
  • Prospect and secure new accounts within the designated territory.
  • Manage direct accounts to increase business volume and profitability.
  • Support distributor sales teams with strategy, planning, and training.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry meetings, and training conferences.
  • Stay informed on new products, services, and market trends.
  • Monitor and report on competitive activity.
  • Troubleshoot product-related issues and handle customer inquiries.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage contacts and document sales activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
