Fibox, Inc., in Glen Burnie Maryland, has full-time opportunities for Regional Sales Manager’s in multiple locations. As Regional Sales Manager you will be accountable for all sales activities in your assigned geographical territory. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for the sale of electrical enclosure products and accessories to distributors, OEMs, end users and contractors, primarily in the Industrial Automation and Electronic markets. You will work closely with assigned manufacturer rep partners to successfully further sales. If you are a self-motivated, results-oriented individual who is comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment and has a track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets, this role is for you! You will have the opportunity to: •Travel throughout your assigned territory (50-70%) calling on and servicing customers with overall sales support and training. •Work with local manufacturer rep partners to identify, monitor and follow-up on vertical market opportunities and provided leads. •Demonstrate products using samples, videos, and catalogs to emphasize unique FIBOX enclosure features and benefits. •Educate, promote, and sell new products across the territory as they become available. •Provide information on price and terms and conditions of sales including lead-times to customers, based on knowledge of delivery schedules, and working with inside sales/ customer service and operations. •Develop territory strategies to increase sales. •Utilize business development skills to seek new accounts based on SIC codes, manufacturing directories, local sources, customers’ competitors, etc. •Prepare reports as needed on business conditions, win/loss opportunities, and sales achievements relative to assignments and quotas. •Prepare an annual sales plan. Meet or exceed sales plan on an annual basis. •Be known as the subject matter expert for enclosure products in the defined territory. •Demonstrate a positive attitude and desire to continually succeed in performing job duties.

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 6 to 8 years of prior success in sales to OEM and distributors.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully; develop alternative solutions as required.
  • Ability to work independently yet maintain a strong contribution position in team settings.
  • Ability to read drawings of enclosure modifications (holes, cut-outs, etc.) as required.
