Regional Sales Manager – South Central Region VEKA South, Inc, part of VEKA North America, a proud member of the family-owned global VEKA Group and the world’s largest vinyl extruder for the window and door industry, is seeking a highly dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. This role is critical in driving sales growth and profitability across the South-Central region, focusing on strengthening current relationships and developing new business opportunities. Requirements

  • 4-year degree preferred with a proven 5+ years’ experience in a regional or territory sales role
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region (South-Central) as well as industry shows
  • Excellent communication, negotiations, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and recommend an annual and five-year strategic sales and marketing plan for the assigned territory, identifying target markets, prospects, and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain and grow the existing customer base profitably, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with VEKA’s strategic objectives.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at all customer levels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other stakeholders within VEKA
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and VEKA’s products to effectively represent the company and deliver value-added solutions.
  • Establish accurate and competitive pricing strategies in line with company objectives and market conditions.
  • Build credibility, trust, and loyalty with customers through consistent, value-driven engagement.
