Regional Sales Manager – Municipal Waterworks The RSM is responsible to develop and manage the sales in the defined territory, directly to distributors or through manufacturer representatives in the Municipal Waterworks market. The job requires intensive field presence, high level of technical knowledge and the ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels within the supply chain process including engineers, distributors, operators, etc. The RSM is expected to provide complete technical support for the various applications in the field. Our strategy is to sell on technical attributes not on price, hence the RSM is expected to master all technical aspects. Special emphasis and focus is to specify our products with engineering groups during the early stages of the project.
