Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 6+ years of experience in insurance sales, marketing, or sales leadership
  • Proven background in personal lines property insurance and agency management
  • Strong financial, business, and analytical acumen with a results-driven mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain long-term relationships
  • Strategic thinker with strong market analysis and planning capabilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • High organizational ability with comfort managing multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and reside locally

Responsibilities

  • Drive territory financial performance by executing strategic sales initiatives and tactical business plans
