About The Position

The Regional Sales Manager for the Permian Basin will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence within this key geographic area. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the energy sector, preferably with exposure to the Permian Basin region.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong leadership experience managing sales teams and driving results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Experience working directly with oil and gas companies or energy service providers in the Permian Basin.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities
