About The Position

BOSS Snowplow, a division of The Toro Company, is a leader in the snow and ice management business, offering a growing lineup of plows and spreaders. The company focuses on uncompromising quality and high-level craftsmanship. As a Regional Sales Manager, the individual will be responsible for driving growth and expanding market presence across North America and Canada, with a minimum of 50% travel involved.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • RSM I: 5+ years experience; sales and industry experience preferred
  • RSM II: 8+ years experience; sales and industry experience preferred
  • Proven record of sales success in a direct or related field
  • Excellent relationship building skills and demonstrated ability to be a team player
  • Self-motivated and demonstrated self-initiative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Effective conflict-resolution skills
  • Alignment with company values and culture

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy for both existing and new products
  • Expand the presence of The BOSS Snowplow (and other related equipment) within North America/Canada.
  • Develop new markets and expand existing markets
  • Manage and develop Distributors and Sub-Distributors within the region: CO, WY, SD, ND, ID WA, AK, OR, NV, CA, UT, NE, KS.

  • Competitive Salary – The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $100,000 - $120,000.
