About The Position

The Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue growth and DIT objectives. This role involves developing and executing sales and DIT growth strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve financial targets. Key duties include building and motivating a high-performing sales team, consistently hitting sales and DIT targets (Quarterly/Half-Year/Annual), fostering strong customer relationships, and understanding market trends. Requirements

  • Solid experience to promote standard-/ commodity products
  • Proven and track record in sales head experience, leading and motivating the team to meet or exceed targets
  • 10+ years’ experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
  • BA/BS/BE degree or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Detailed technical understanding of Industrial and Automotive applications
  • MBA is a plus as well as Engineering field

Responsibilities

  • Owning and hitting/exceeding regional sales and DIT targets (Quarterly/Half-Year/Annual) to support regional growth plan
  • Developing and executing strategic plan (key accounts, market segments, mass market) to achieve/exceed sales and DIT targets
  • Defining and executing the gap closure plan to achieve the targets whenever there will be the gap risk
  • Building, motivating, and maintaining strong, winning sales teams
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Partnering with key customers and distribution to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Thoroughly understanding standard product market landscapes, trends, and competitions
