About The Position

The Regional Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving growth within the Pacific Northwest (PNW), our largest and most strategically important market. With Seattle as the epicenter of expansion, this position is designed to maintain momentum and unlock new opportunities. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for growing and sustaining Glen Dimplex Americas market share across a broad territory that includes Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota. This role will focus on delivering direct revenue impact while fostering a culture of urgency, competitiveness, and accountability in the PNW market. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, strategic sales expertise, and a proven ability to execute in high-growth environments.
