Regional Sales Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Short-term and long-range business planningDiagnostic Imaging Specialist recruiting and onboardingLeveraging data analytics to inform targeting and resource allocationfield visitsEngagement and relationship management with key customersCollaboration and execution of Lumexa Sales strategy Manage/review monthly territory expense reportsDiagnostic Imaging Specialist coaching and development Annual budget review and planningEnsuring all corporate compliance policies are understood and upheld

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced level degree or related certifications preferred
  • 2 – 3 years of team leadership experience
  • 5 years of direct outside sales experience in healthcare related field
  • Understanding of how to positively motivate teams through goal setting, accountability and reward & recognition
  • Must be extremely organized, self-motivated, and capable of working in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills that includes experience working with CRM and business intelligence tools to identify trends and maximize results
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment to build advocacy and generate results
  • Basic competencies in working with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
