About The Position

The Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s market presence across the Mid-Atlantic region. This is a high-impact, growth-oriented role responsible for introducing HVAC and A2L refrigerant systems to a highly technical and regulation-driven construction ecosystem. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in engineered products or construction materials to drive adoption of an innovative, differentiated solution. This role requires a strategic, consultative salesperson with the ability to manage long and complex sales cycles, influence multiple stakeholders, and identify both short-term wins and long-term growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience in engineered products, construction materials, HVAC systems, or related sectors
  • Proven success introducing new or disruptive products into the construction ecosystem
  • Ability to navigate highly fragmented, technical, code-driven markets
  • Demonstrated success managing long sales cycles and influencing multiple stakeholders
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate complex system advantages clearly
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to work remotely
  • Willingness to travel throughout PA, MD, VA, DE, and DC as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing a regional sales strategy aligned with the company’s national growth plan
  • Building relationships across the construction value chain, including engineers, architects, owners, and contractors
  • Driving product adoption by educating customers on technical features, regulatory requirements, and life-safety benefits
  • Identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities
  • Managing complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
  • Reporting on regional performance trends and competitive activity
  • Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
