About The Position

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence within a designated geographic region across the United States. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies that align with company objectives to maximize revenue and market share. The manager will lead and support a team of sales representatives and distributor partners to achieve sales targets and enhance customer relationships. A key outcome of this position is to effectively manage sales territories, optimize sales volume, and secure national accounts to ensure sustained business success. The Regional Sales Manager will also analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adapt sales plans accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in regional or territory sales management.
  • Proven track record of managing distributor sales and achieving sales volume targets.
  • Strong knowledge of national sales processes and managing key accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
