About The Position

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team of telephonic sales professionals toward meeting company objectives in the areas of new revenue, retention revenue, customer satisfaction and the financial growth of your regional base business.

Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrate successful sales leadership experience in a complex solution or B2B environment
  • Display seasoned leadership practices such as fostering a climate that values and rewards overall performance excellence
  • Be able to travel based on customer needs
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of information services industry and sales methodologies
  • Have experience in working with the Salesforce.com CRM platform
  • Be proficient with virtual delivery platforms MS Teams, GoToMeeting, WebEx, and Skype

Responsibilities

  • Providing leadership in sales function, and being accountable for the performance and results of multiple direct reports
  • Developing strategic plans and priorities, and aligning resources as needed
  • Attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent to build a high-performance sales team
  • Partnering with cross-functional leadership team, providing feedback and collaborating on segment-level initiatives
  • Managing multiple professionals, setting organizational priorities, and allocating resources
  • Being accountable for end results, finances, budget, and exercises control over resources, planning, and policy formulation
