Regional Sales Manager (Commercial Roofing | B2B Sales Leadership) Simon Roofing is one of the nation’s most established commercial roofing companies , with 125+ years in business and 66 locations across the United States . We specialize in commercial roofing service, roof restoration, and roof replacement solutions for building owners, facility managers, and property management companies. We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead business development and outside sales growth in an assigned territory. This role combines sales leadership, territory management, and commercial roofing solution sales . This is an outstanding opportunity for a high-performing B2B sales leader who wants to build and manage a regional sales team while developing major commercial accounts. Requirements

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience
  • Experience in B2B sales, construction sales, building services, or facility services
  • Proven success in business development and territory management
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to climb ladders and access commercial rooftops
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening
  • Strong leadership and coaching ability
  • Excellent closing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build relationships with commercial decision-makers
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven

Nice To Haves

  • Sales leadership or sales management experience
  • Commercial roofing, construction, or building envelope industry experience
  • Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or Construction Management

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of outside sales representatives
  • Conduct sales coaching, pipeline reviews, and performance management
  • Lead a high-performing regional sales team focused on commercial roofing solutions
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase market share
  • Identify and secure large commercial roofing contracts
  • Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, building owners, and corporate decision-makers
  • Conduct or oversee roof inspections, estimates, and technical sales presentations
  • Educate clients on roof repair, restoration, maintenance programs, and replacement solutions
  • Work with operations teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Manage sales pipeline, CRM reporting, and revenue forecasting
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and strategic accounts
  • Track leads, proposals, and opportunities to drive consistent sales growth
