As the Regional Sales Manager and Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for working with the Vice President of Sales to set and achieve regional sales, profit, market share, and customer delight goals for merchandise, equipment, teeth, services, and other company products & offerings. You will oversee the regional branch logistics, sales personnel training programs, and sales of specialty products and services. Your role as the Regional Sales Manager is essential, as it serves as the bridge between customers and Benco Dental!

  • Set and achieve regional sales, profit, market share, and customer delight goals for merchandise, equipment, teeth, services, and other company products & offerings
  • Oversee the regional branch logistics
  • Oversee sales personnel training programs
  • Oversee sales of specialty products and services
  • Incredible customer service skills- including experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management & organizational capabilities with a focus on delivering superb management and coaching
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to motivate the sales and service team
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Communications or related field or equivalent education/experience
  • Ten years sales/management experience
  • Possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to travel in assigned region as well as frequent overnight travel
