About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager. In this role, you will lead the strategic direction of Commercial Sales, driving sales strategies and productivity while managing a team of Territory Managers. Your efforts will be critical in achieving performance targets and ensuring that the sales team operates efficiently and in compliance with regulations. This position allows you to make a substantial impact on the organization's success from any remote location.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in pharmaceutical sales management may be accepted.
  • 8+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales management experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sectors.
  • 2+ years of experience in Cardiology launch preferred.
  • Proven success in launching new products and building sales teams.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated track record in commercializing products and expanding opportunities.
  • Ability to create and motivate strong, diverse teams.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%-60%, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Regional business plans and budgets.
  • Review performance metrics with leadership to maximize sales results.
  • Plan and conduct meetings with the Sales Team to provide leadership.
  • Work with leadership to maximize reimbursement from payers.
  • Create and manage Regional plans including message and budget goals.
  • Evaluate account management performance against budget.
  • Spend 3-4 days in the field with Territory Managers, completing coaching reports promptly.
  • Complete all required training and policy requirements on time.
  • Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and organizational values by your team.
