We currently have an opening for Regional Sales Manager - West Coast Territory in our Gowanda RCD facility, located in Manchester, NH. This position is a remote role with the responsibility to travel up to 50% of the time within the assigned territory. This position is critical to the success of Gowanda RCD and will be supporting the engineering and production teams and reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate for this position should be experienced in their field, motivated, intuitive, have product knowledge, and collaborative. Details of the Role: The West Coast Regional Sales Manager will be an individual contributor responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to grow revenue and market share across the western U.S. This individual will manage and expand an existing book of business, strengthen relationships with key defense and aerospace accounts, and identify new opportunities within OEMs, contract manufacturers, and distribution partners. This is a highly visible, result-driven role for a personable professional who thrives in a technical sales environment and enjoys building long-term customer relationships.
