About The Position

The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within a defined territory, driving fleet sales and direct customer acquisition. This role ensures consistent execution of ZM Trucks’ commercial strategy at the regional level.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in regional sales leadership, ideally in automotive or commercial vehicles.
  • Skills include sales hunter mentality, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and go-getter attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, efficiency, and proficiency with Microsoft tools and CRMs.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve regional sales targets through direct channels.
  • Work in conjunction with SDR’s to identify and qualify leads
  • Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns tailored to the region.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine regional strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with local fleet customers.
  • Be familiar with various incentive and state level funding programs
  • Proven ability to sell and close deals in a consultative style
