About The Position

Responsible for the growth of sales and market share of 3rd Eye Subscriptions, 3rd Eye Digital Gateways, 3rd Eye Cameras, and 3rd Eye hardware parts in assigned AOR through the Connected Collections™ strategy. Accountable for all activities in the assigned AOR related to the proper management of distributors and direct sales personnel, insuring both effectively represent 3rd Eye in their respective market areas. Candidates located in the Western region are strongly preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field required.
  • 3–5 years of sales or account management experience, ideally in technology, heavy equipment, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Regional Sales Managers to achieve growth targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the refuse, fleet software, fleet management, or heavy truck industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in growing sales and market share for 3rd Eye products, including hardware, software, and aftermarket solutions.
  • Supervise customer-facing software pilots to ensure they are conducted in accordance with the success criteria defined by the customer. This ensures that we meet the customers’ expectations and achieve the desired outcomes.
  • Participate in product development activities, including gathering customer feedback (VOC) and monitoring prototype trials.
  • Maintain accurate customer data using the CRM system.
  • Support quote preparation and submission processes for customers and clients.
  • Help manage margins through the discount management system and ensure compliance with established processes.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director on credit and collections activities when needed.
  • Promote and support 3rd Eye policies and procedures related to warranty, discounting, parts procurement, returns, order processing, and related areas.
  • Ensure timely execution of technical campaigns.
  • Work closely with the customer success team to facilitate a seamless transition from sales to the account management team.
  • Assist with training coordination, ensuring onboarded customers are achieving their expectations and goals by leveraging 3rd eye technology to its full capacity.
  • Monitor expense budgets and provide support to ensure territory expenses remain aligned with sales goals.
