The Regional Sales Manager, Interventional Urology, based in Tampa, FL, will direct and manage all sales activities within a designated region. This role involves hiring, developing, and managing a high-achieving regional sales team focused on driving account adoption of the UroLift System and Barrigel Rectal Spacer. The position requires effective management of a remote-based team, a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
