About The Position

PRO-VISION Video Systems is looking for a Regional Sales Manager (Individual Contributor Role) to join their growing company in our Transit Division. The Regional Sales Manager is a remote individual contributor role with a base salary, plus commission. This position has an uncapped commission structure based on total revenue produced in an assigned region. The person we select for this position must live in the territory they cover (Northwest, US).

Requirements

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in vehicle technology sales or equipment sales.
• Proven sales skills and effective closing techniques.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to operate within a CRM system.
• Passion for new technology and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships at all levels within an organization.
• Call through top school districts in the assigned territory to drive market share.
• Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage prospects.
• Manage time and resources effectively using a CRM system.
• Absorb and retain technical information quickly to provide solutions to prospects.
• Translate technical information to non-technical prospects.
