About The Position

What you will be doing: Lead and manage all sales activities within the assigned region to achieve revenue and growth targets. Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with our business objectives. Build, train, and manage a network of distributors and independent sales agents. Drive adoption of our spinal implant portfolio through clinical education, product demonstrations, and strategic account development. Establish strong relationships with spine surgeons, hospital administrators, and key decision-makers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and clinical teams to align sales initiatives with company strategy. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Provide accurate sales forecasts, territory reports, and performance analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in the spine industry.
  • Proven success managing distributor networks and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of spinal anatomy, surgical procedures, and implant technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region.
