About The Position

The Regional Sales Manager leads the sales operations and strategy execution within a designated region. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective leadership of the regional sales team, including Sales Associates and Surgical Sales Representatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • 5+ years in progressive sales roles and supervisory experience in medical device or healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute regional sales strategy aligned with national goals
  • Manage, coach, and develop Surgical Sales Representatives
  • Identify new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships
  • Oversee regional operations including forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, DSA, Customer Success, and HR
  • Monitor performance through dashboards and reporting
  • Support training initiatives to enhance team capabilities
  • Stay informed on industry trends to maintain competitiveness
