About The Position

The Regional Sales Manager - Southeast is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence within the Southeastern United States. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans tailored to the region's unique market dynamics, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives. The manager will lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving revenue targets and customer satisfaction. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a regional or territory management capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of the Southeast U.S. market and its business environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
