Federal is seeking a driven and talented Southeast Regional Sales Manager (RSM) focused on Net Weight filling technologies to contribute to company success by developing leads, establishing productive customer relationships, building and maintaining sales agent relationships, and closing business to achieve targeted sales goals. While relational selling will always be relevant, Federal expects our Regional Sales Managers to be subject matter experts of our technology as well. Our sales team is designed to allow the RSM to get deep in the technology and develop into an industry expert while concurrently assisting our customers achieve their production goals. Successful candidates will demonstrate an entrepreneurial and positive attitude combined with the appropriate technical and inter-personal skills. They will be a motivated self-starter, with a strong desire to achieve personal and professional growth. The RSM will have a solutions selling approach to customer projects and be comfortable working in a team selling environment in support of closing business.
