About The Position

Infinite Home Solutions is a fast-growing home services company based in Fresno, California, specializing in residential and commercial roofing, with active expansion into HVAC and general contracting. Now in year three, the company is approaching $4M in annual revenue and is positioned to scale aggressively across Central and Northern California. We operate with a lean U.S.-based leadership and sales team, a large overseas operations staff, and a subcontractor-driven production model, allowing us to move fast while maintaining strong margins. We are seeking a hands-on Regional Sales Manager to lead and actively sell alongside a geographically dispersed sales team while helping launch and scale our HVAC sales division. This is a working Sales Manager role. The Regional Sales Manager will personally sell, lead from the field, and own sales performance across a territory spanning Bakersfield through the Bay Area. This role requires someone who thrives in the field, can coach and close, and wants a seat at the leadership table. The ideal candidate has deep experience in roofing sales and is excited to help build HVAC sales systems, training, and processes from the ground up.

Requirements

  • Proven success in roofing sales (residential and/or commercial)
  • Experience leading a sales team across a large geographic territory
  • Track record as a top-producing salesperson
  • Experience training, coaching, and holding salespeople accountable
  • Hands-on, field-driven leader
  • Strong closer with inspection-based sales experience
  • Comfortable traveling across Central and Northern California
  • Data-driven with strong CRM discipline
  • High integrity, competitive, and growth-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • HVAC sales experience or strong interest in launching HVAC preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and coach a geographically distributed sales team
  • Conduct ride-alongs, jobsite visits, and field training across the territory
  • Actively sell roofing services and close high-value opportunities
  • Set the standard for professionalism, follow-up, and closing discipline
  • Own residential and commercial roofing sales performance
  • Ensure consistent inspection, estimating, and proposal processes
  • Maintain strong closing ratios and average ticket sizes
  • Support specialty products and services (repairs, maintenance, certifications)
  • Help build and launch the HVAC sales division
  • Train sales reps on HVAC offerings, pricing, and inspection processes
  • Align HVAC sales with operational capacity and profitability
  • Develop cross-sell strategies between roofing and HVAC customers
  • Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance standards
  • Run weekly sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and one-on-ones
  • Hold reps accountable to activity, conversion, and revenue goals
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top-performing sales talent
  • Serve as a key member of the leadership team
  • Collaborate closely with the COO and ownership on growth strategy
  • Provide field-level feedback on pricing, competition, and market trends
  • Help shape go-to-market strategy across multiple regions
