About The Position

The Regional Sales Manager at Quincy Compressor is responsible for developing and growing the regional equipment business by executing the CTS strategy and implementing effective sales and marketing plans. This role involves collaborating with sales teams, standardizing sales processes, and driving efficiency to achieve business growth targets. The manager will also focus on customer retention, market penetration, and representing the company at trade associations and conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering (preferred).
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience in the industrial compressor industry.
  • Minimum of three years managing teams and executing plans to achieve results.
  • Willingness to develop new skills and knowledge of products and market operations.
  • Ability to manage large amounts of information and create well-defined plans.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Solid understanding of the industrial air compressor business with proven sales and marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of the AIM strategy (strong advantage).
  • Experience in managing process development and project implementation (desirable).
  • Demonstrated leadership, management, communication, and planning skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerBI, CRM, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow the regional equipment business by executing the CTS strategy.
  • Implement short and long-term sales, marketing, and business development strategies.
  • Identify improvement areas and implement processes for sustainable and profitable results.
  • Work with inside and field sales teams to create the right mix of products.
  • Foster collaboration between CTS Sales, Operations, and Equipment Sales.
  • Standardize sales processes, procedures, and metrics to drive the PSM process.
  • Follow up on CTS KPIs and execute action plans to achieve results.
  • Conduct geographical and potential analysis to focus marketing efforts.
  • Drive efficiency and implement sales strategies for all sales roles in the region.
  • Prepare short and long-term forecasts and analysis.
  • Work with the marketing team to launch new products and grow existing sales.
  • Champion business renewal to increase customer retention and capture new machines.
  • Coach, train, and motivate sales team members.
  • Develop and assign sales targets aligned with business growth targets.
  • Report on business results, trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Control overall expenses while maximizing company assets and human resources.
  • Contribute to market business development strategy to grow market share.
  • Represent Quincy Compressor at regional trade associations, shows, and conferences.
  • Coordinate regional sales meetings for training and motivation.
