Ready to modernize medicine with us? Job Description Summary: ModMed is hiring a Regional Sales Manager (RSM), Payments to drive the growth of our innovative payment solutions. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to medical practices, helping them streamline their financial operations while cultivating meaningful relationships within your territory. Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of professional experience, specifically in selling SaaS, Cloud, or software-based solutions.
  • Previous experience specifically within the Payments industry.
  • A track record of managing sales cycles and achieving successful revenue attainment.
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct meaningful discussions with stakeholders to drive business goals.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with strategic partners.
  • You are goal-oriented, competitive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience within EMR/Healthcare, Practice Management, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a comprehensive territory plan to promote our payment offerings, ensuring you meet and exceed monthly and yearly quotas.
  • Conduct expert-level remote and onsite product demonstrations, providing deep industry and market expertise to prospective clients.
  • Manage your entire sales funnel within Salesforce, focusing on accurate forecasting, account strategy, and efficient resource allocation.
  • Drive the sales process from initial lead engagement through to quote creation and final contract negotiations.
  • Actively engage with new and existing opportunities to build a robust pipeline of leads.
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to internal process improvements.
