About The Position
Monarch Tractor is at the forefront of agricultural technology, committed to shaping the future of farming. We invite passionate individuals to apply for the Regional Sales Manager position to lead our sales efforts. This is a remote position that will be spent working most of the time from home or on the road traveling to dealers. The role involves identifying new distribution channels, collaboratively developing annual distribution strategies, and leading the sales efforts to expand sales within your region, driving adoption of our revolutionary agricultural technology. You will identify targets and prospects, contact decision makers, and use a deep probing sales process to help them acknowledge their problems and see our tractor as a solution. Additionally, you will synthesize product feedback from prospects and customers, maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM, and stay up to date with industry trends and market developments. Attending agriculture conferences, trade shows, and other events to hunt for prospects and promote our products and services is also part of the job.
