Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a regional or national sales role.
  • Experience managing relationships with channel partners, integrators, and end users.
  • Strong knowledge of access control technologies and security industry trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales forecasting tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant certifications such as PSP (Physical Security Professional) or manufacturer-specific access control certifications (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute a successful sales pipeline.
  • Familiarity with Acre’s product portfolio — including Vanderbilt, Premisys, Open Options, RS2, Feenics, and ACT solutions.
  • Established relationships and network within the access control and physical security industry.

Responsibilities

  • Drive regional revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans.
  • Strengthen relationships with channel partners, integrators, and key end users.
  • Represent Acre at industry events and contribute to the company’s continued market leadership.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive regional sales plan to achieve revenue goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform and adjust sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure customer success.
  • Provide training and guidance to partners and end users on Acre’s access control solutions.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular sales forecasts and progress reports for senior management.
  • Travel within your assigned region to meet clients, attend trade shows, and represent Acre at industry events (50–75% expected travel).
