About The Position

ASSA ABLOY is the world's leading provider of access solutions. For our subsidiary DoorBird, we are seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) based in the Northeast U.S. This position is remote, with frequent travel across the region. DoorBird develops, manufactures, and markets high-quality IP video door entry systems worldwide.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree or relevant work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of sales and/or account management experience in the gate, smart home, security, or access control industry
  • Proven experience building and managing strong relationships with wholesale and reselling partners
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key partners at all levels of an organization
  • Strong track record of delivering customer-focused solutions
  • Persuasive presentation and negotiation skills
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication
  • Positive outlook, strong internal drive, and proactive work style
  • Enthusiasm for technology

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and reselling partners as a trusted advisor
  • Serve as a key contact for pre-sales and post-sales support throughout the Northeast region
  • Generate new business with existing clients and identify opportunities for growth
  • Provide excellent customer communication, follow-up, and support
  • Collaborate with the sales team to expand market share and increase overall territory revenue
