About The Position

Reporting directly to the National Sr Sales Director, Hospital Division, as a Regional Sales Manager, Hospitals (Quebec), you will play a key leadership role in driving Sandoz Canada’s hospital strategy across the province. In this role, you will: • Lead Sandoz’s presence in Quebec, managing the province with ownership and building strong, influential relationships with hospital and provincial decision‑makers. • Drive national and provincial sales performance by executing impactful Plans of Action (POA), gathering competitive insights, using sales data tools, and supporting high‑quality product launches and promotional initiatives. • Engage continuously with customers, strengthening existing partnerships while identifying and developing new Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support our expanding portfolio. • Contribute strategically to RFP success, providing valuable market and customer insights and competitive knowledge to help secure key business opportunities. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, science or any other related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of selling experience in Quebec Hospital/Pharmaceutical or related market with focus on the knowledge of the generic & biosimilar market in its territory.
  • Very good knowledge of the Quebec pharmaceutical hospital market and decision makers.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work with CRM.
  • Fluency in oral and written French is mandatory.
  • Due to the nature of our operations, oral and written fluency in English is required for regular communication with customers, partners, and/or colleagues, whether in Canada or internationally.
  • Available to travel within the province on a regular basis (40% of time).
  • Have a valid driver's license.
  • Reside in the Greater Montreal Area.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for customers, providing prompt support and ensuring high satisfaction in line with Sandoz contractual commitments.
  • Translate the National Plan of Action (POA) into an effective provincial action plan and ensure timely execution.
  • Share responsibility for the full portfolio (Biosimilars & Generics) in collaboration with the National Hospital team.
  • Plan and execute activities to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, using CRM tools for rigorous pre‑call and post‑call planning.
  • Identify and capitalize on regional opportunistic sales opportunities.
  • Drive successful new product launches and contribute recommendations to enhance market strategies.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with prioritized KOLs and customers based on segmentation.
  • Represent Sandoz at regional and national industry events to expand networks and reinforce our leadership position in hospitals.
  • Develop partnerships with senior hospital executives to understand formulary changes, funding dynamics, and connect them with Sandoz headquarters teams.
  • Collaborate closely with other Sales Managers to support product promotion and maximize the impact of events across the full portfolio.
  • Innovate in the way Sandoz engages customers, acting as a trusted advisor aligned with our vision and values.
  • Complete all administrative tasks accurately and on time.
  • Maintain up‑to-date and thorough CRM documentation of all sales interactions.
  • Submit expense reports on time and in compliance with company policy.
  • Coordinate with Sales Administration, Commercial Excellence, and Customer Experience teams to support administrative needs.
  • Keep personal training, achievements, and development plans updated.
  • Attend all required regional sales meetings and conference calls.
