The Regional Sales Manager, Franchise Development plays a pivotal role in expanding our footprint across the US by identifying, cultivating, and converting franchise prospects across two brands—BNI and Corporate Connections. This role owns the full sales cycle within designated geographic markets, including Master Franchise Territories and Sub-franchise Regions, and contributes to both short- and long-term strategic growth plans. This role blends outside sales execution with strategic pipeline development, process ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and brand stewardship.
