The ESS Regional Sales Manager (RSM) proactively develops and drives Raymond Accounts Managed Inc. (RAMI) and Solutions and Support Center (S&SC) Energy Solutions training and sales activity. This requires managing the ESS Sales pipeline for their assigned RAMI and S&SCs ensuring they meet their assigned ESS Sales targets and that specific targeted accounts progress through the sales cycle to closure. This individual also functions as a power consultant to support and train RAMI and the S&SC sales and service departments, as necessary. The RSM should be viewed as a business consultant working in direct contact with various levels of RAMI and S&SC management including the Dealer Principal, to gain program support. Assists in business planning/forecasting, development of RAMI and S&SC sales staff and general promotion of all Raymond Energy Solutions products and services, ultimately resulting in increased market share and profitability.
